Mgr. Lukáš Verner, attorney at law

Lukáš Verner graduated at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University from Law and Law Science in 2016. Already during his studies, he supplemented his theoretical knowledge with practical experience gained during his work as a legal intern in a law firm, at the District Court in Opava and at summer work at court in Preston, England.

Immediately after graduating, he began his career in law field. Since 2016, he has worked in two renowned Brno law firms. At the first one he focused on the domestic and international litigation and on insolvency law. At the second one was his main agenda corporate law, legal aspects of business, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law.

In 2020, he founded the law firm VERNER LEGAL. In order to ensure the highest quality of services, he cooperates with a number of attorneys who specialize in various legal fields, and thus guarantees his clients complex and professional legal services in a wide range of law areas.

In his law practice, he represents both large and medium-sized companies, as well as small traders and non-entrepreneurial persons. For his practice is essential to set up services to suit the specific needs of the client.
